Tried to schedule an oil change/state inspection several times over several weeks. Several times the receptionist said let me get your name and we will call you back. After every call, never heard back from them. I called back two days later, was on hold for 10 plus minutes (then I hung up). Called back the following day, put on hold immediately with no answer. Called next week and was put on hold then hung up on. Called again....similar experience. Finally, I called West Chester Land Rover and they took my call the first time and scheduled my appointment immediately. I will absolutely purchase my next vehicle at West Chester LandRover versus this location. I live close to this dealership, but will go out of my way to avoid this dealership due to the lack of professionalism. Im extremely disappointed in the poor service.
Tak and his team at Land Rover were gentlemen to deal with. They did a great job correcting a situation and taking excellent care of the customer experience. Unfortunately, things happen and not every car is perfect, but from Arman in the service department to Tak in the office, they made sure we were happy and in great hands. I look forward to dealing with them again in the future.
My husband and I moved from out of state and needed to have a couple car maintenance services taken care of so we came to the nearest Land Rover dealership. From the minute we walked through the door we could not have been less welcomed. I had an appointment but the service manager ignored me for about half an hour. And he wasn't friendly at all when he was ready to address my car. They did the oil change and gave me my receipt. No explanation or run down of how things look just "Here. Pay there." We thought maybe this was a one off impression of the location and a few weeks later my check engine light came on. We called the location and again, from the first interaction we were treated like a nuisance. Whoever answered our call didn't even let us finish explain our situation before she shut us down saying how busy they were and couldn't help us. I understand that schedules get backed up, but the next available appointment was ten days away, and we need the car to commute. She offered no alternatives or suggestions so we hung up and called a the Willow Grove location. They LISTENED to us, and said they'd be able to squeeze us in the following day. Much more in line with how I have come to be expected to be treated at a Land Rover location. If going anywhere but here is an option for you, I recommend skipping the headache by going somewhere else.
