I cannot explain the level of treatment received today at your service center we scheduled an appointment a week almost 2 in advance for the 24k mileage service, to also check issue with left wheel shaking, and 3 recalls that have a high risk level for driving. I told this to the gentlemen in the front and he decided to say that they don't do recalls, and that he doesn't know if they have room for us today. So i told him i have an appointment made in advance for this location, he proceeded to say that the appointment made was for Subaru not them. Being both confused and upset I told him that it was not clear that certain service could not be done and that you do only walk ins. The man and the lady both decided to say rude comments saying that i wasn't planning on staying, and other things under there breath, so i requested my vehicle to leave and then started calling the service center to see if they can transfer me to another center to bump me in line as I had this planned out before my travel with the vehicle to a different state. Person on the customer support line couldn't do anything but transfer my call to the nearest dealer. AS i am in my vehicle on the phone park out front a Subaru worker with gray hair comes up to my vehicle and starts taking pictures of my license plate. No idea why as I am away from them in a valid parking spot. I simply don't understand why my wife and I received this treatment as we were bothering them from doing there job? Now I am to drive a vehicle that has open recalls endangering myself and people around me. This being my 2nd Subaru will be my last, the service centers are absolutely ridiculous, how do you expect people that work 9-5 M-F then weekends treat them like this ?

Go there at your own risk. Unprofessional. You should stay away... backstory is a family member took their car there a few years ago for an Inspection. Unknown to this family member the Subaru they bought used had a non us engine in it. The service department decided instead of failing the car for missing emissions controls they would disconnect all emissions controls and then fail the vehicle. While I know that bypassing emissions is illegal to do why not just fail the car or actually explain what the problem is rather than being shady. Disrespectful to take it into your own hands to cause the check engine light to turn on and have a dissatisfied customer for life. Second instance was a warranty repair that was denied due to a prior accident that was repaired by an approved shop. Again way to go out of your way to screw your customers out of a few hundred dollars. Short term gains do not equal long term gains. I helped this family member buy a new car here once and the vehicle had a factory defect. I asked the salesman to notate the issue and for a resolution (paint drip and underpainted area on body panel) never got a response. I'm sure he never even thought about it after it drove off the lot. Three 2nd hand experiences I can attest to where this dealership failed my family members.

Just moved to the area and was hoping to become a loyal Subaru customer here. But unfortunately I had one of the worst telephone experiences of my life. They should not have Virginia answering the phones. If the service is equivalent to the telephone manners of Virginia, then I would never bring my car here for any service. When I kindly asked to speak with her supervisor, she refused to pass the phone and she refused to provide the name of her supervisor. If I could give zero stars, i would!
