Bought a 2015 Forester on June 30, 2014. Everything worked fine. Car was totaled in accident on Aug. 19, 2014. Bought same car different color on Aug. 26, 2014. Bluetooth didn't work from day 1. Car has been in and out of shop 6 times over the past 6 months. The service manager Thomas who is just clone days it's my cell phone. I told him that it's the same phone that worked in the previous car that I bought from them....it's the same phone that worked in the 2 loaners they gave me. His phone wouldn't ever work. I was told today that they have done everything they can ' I'll just have to live with It ". Like all the other negative reviews the General Manager Jamie is useless and a con artist.

Let me start off by saying the location was very presentable I won't discredit that off the dealership, but yet again what dealership isn't. So I drove 2 hours because of the price that was given to me was very reasonable, we even had a recording of the price of the vehicle. Upon arriving we spoke to a sales men, that the price given to us was 31k. The sales manager came up with a number of 33K and didn't even consider to go on their promise of 31k or better as said in the recording. We told him the prices was not reasonable and they went back into there office and came back and said have a great day. Reminder credit score is perfect. This isn't the type of customer service people should be getting they were very miss leading and they didn't go back on there word. In other word false advertising which is illegal..I advise people don't do business with them this is clearly false advertisement.

Bought my 2017 Outback on Nov 1, 2016. But the car start having problems in the summer of 2018 with less than 11000 miles on, such as the key can not be removed from the ignition etc.. Called the dealer service dept and was told without diagnose, they can not tell if it is covered by warranty and the diagnose has to be charged. Anyway, very upset with car quality and the dealer attitude in servicing customer.
