Literally just picked up my 94 jeep from this place after it was "repaired" i didnt have any brakes goin in barely had any after it was "fixed" didnt have an ABS module so there for couldn't get my brakes bled properly said the bench bled the new master brake cylinder that had just been put in also said they were goin to do an oil change and winterize it guess what didnt do that either got a bill for 360$ itemized for 16$ worth of parts but 337$ for labor so 360$ for a vehicle that still isnt fixed thanks alot

I have been shopping for a new RAM for about three months and have had at least five deals fall through once details began to be discussed. I live over three hours away from Mathews Dodge and I can say without a doubt it has been by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I found the car online and called to ask about it. Most details were discussed and agreed to before I even got in the car to drive to the dealership. My sales person Melissa was absolutely fantastic. She was great to deal with on the phone and in person. Other sales people at other dealerships never even returned my calls. Once arriving at the dealership she took time with me as did the finance specialist and general manager. I can't say enough about how professional and friendly they were. Many thanks to the staff for any excellent experience all around. I would definitely recommend giving them an opportunity to get your business. Well with the three hour drive each way!

Very nice guys here. They did everything to help us get financed
I talk to the service manager about working on my company van that uses a fleet account for repairs. The first phone conversation he told me they accepted the fleet vehicles and he could do look at the issue. When I called back, after getting the ok to use them for the repair, the service manager denied talking to me about using the fleet account. This a bad way to gain potential business. Our company has close to 1000 trucks and van's on the road every day. Not one of them will be serviced at Mathews dodge.
