Spoke to the Manger Oscar yesterday twice on the phone about the QX60 he said one of the customers backed out so we set an appt for 10 am today, took me over an hour to get there and when i got there they tell me oh sorry car was sold last night, ok i get it first come first serve but at least have some courtesy to call or text me saying hey sorry car was sold STAY AWAY and take you business somewhere else as this place obviously could care less about you

I got my QX55 from Brian in Lynbrook- he was super patient w us and we were not easy customers, we had a lot of questions and he was very knowledgeable in delivering answers.
