the staff looks like they do not like their jobs and do not want to help . the service department reception is poor in providing a decent customer service . unpleasant and disgusting experience ....never again .

The actual service to the car was fine. Customer service is a bit lacking. They dont have BMW loaner cars, so I had to wait half an hour to rent a Kia from Hertz. If you have the time to make the drive down to I.G. Burton in Milford they are so much better.

I have been great service so far at BMW dealership. Sean and Leslie have been great. Leslie is superb at going over the technology of the BMW X3. She thoroughly explained how the technology is user friendly. I am closer to making a decision since meeting with Leslie. Great followup Sean!!!

I had an unexpected tire issue. I contacted my service agent Mr. Dungee, who gladly assisted me in a timely manner. His professionalism and customer service was outstanding.
Went to get ac fixed a week ago and they said they couldnt fix it which is fine by me but then the next day I went to go pick it up and the car wouldnt start whatsoever so the guy said the battery died I guess so I'm like ok, I return my key to the guy and then I leave. A week later and nothing has been donenot too sure why I dont have my car back by now but if all you needed to do was to jump the car then why would it take a whole week for something that I could do in 10 mins?
