We were expecting to see you on Monday or Tuesday to inspect the windows as we had requested you do when you picked up your car on Saturday. It can take up to 5 days for the water droplets to evaporate from window tint, especially if you don't have good sunny days to help it. Please come by the store, so we can take a look at your windows and address your issues.

Customer service is bad! the lady working there doesn't like her job. I took my car for window tinting a week ago and bubbles are still there. Door panels were left dirty and stained with the liquid they use, I'm very disappointed with their service and not going back with my other cars. Update... Then again she lied to you Mich, she never told me to go back Monday or Tuesday to check for imperfections or explained anything to me when I picked up my car so don't say you guys were expecting me because I didn't know, if you want this review changed I need a refund because my windows need to be fixed by a professional. Bubbles, hairs and scratches are very noticable even after 2 weeks

We apologize if there was a misunderstanding as to the time to complete your tinting. We had a full schedule of appointments, and were working you in between them since you didn't have one scheduled. Although appointments aren't always necessary, we do encourage them. We estimate how long jobs will take, but sometimes they run longer than anticipated. It is never our intentions to have disappointed customers. We do appreciate our customers and try our best to assist as many customers as we can each day.

Showed up to get one window tinted due to having to replace that window. I was told it would be ready in 20min. 3hrs later it was done and an older guy there had the nerve to get an attitude with me about asking after 2hrs when it would be ready. Will not be a returning customer and will advise others to go somewhere else.

Audio work - little pricey but they do good work. Bobby is a great guy to work with and I would suggest you deal with him. He was helpful in getting the right equipment and set up for what i needed. I had some problems with the head unit a month or so after the install and Bobby checked everything out and changed the head unit at no cost or hassle. Everything is still looking and sounding great. Tint work - sub par. i would suggest going elsewhere. Its a hassle to even get them to do the work because they have to call some guy in. I had my windows tinted by said guy and they started to peel within a few months. I was told they would fix it for free. That was not the case. They offered to fix it for more than what i had originally paid. They refused to take responsibility for poor workmanship and even tried to blame me for it. I was absolutely furious about the situation and disappointed that they treat customers this way. After the tint incident, I will never go back to n tune. I refuse to support a business that wont take responsibility for poor work.
