BUYERS BEWARE! If you are well informed, have good credit, and are a serious shopper you will be wasting your time at this place. After two hours of negotiating and working out a deal on an used car I ended up leaving with a "story" about another couple who all of a sudden showed up 15 mins prior to closing to buy the same vehicle I just finalized a deal on AND shook hands with the sales manager, Dan Sears about. Mind you this all happened right after the fact the finance department became aware that I had a 853 credit score...to be fair I was very upfront about being PRE-APPROVED for my own loan and even disclosed the rate I was approved for from the beginning. Talk about a bait switch scam...on the way out he has the nerve to follow me out and proposes to give me "super special deal" on another vehicle. Thanks for wasting my evening and putting a hit on my perfect credit score.

Completely unprofessional. They failed to pay off a car I had traded for 2 months which made it look like I skipped 2 months of car payments & went against my credit score. The DMV assumed I was driving the car I traded in for 2 months without insurance & put a strike against my license. I took time off work multiple times to go to the dealership & the dmv. The dealership assured me many times they were handing everything & then sure enough another week or two would go by & I would get another notice that something wasnt paid or fixed. They also did not inform me that my loan on the new car had not actually gone through for 2 months so when I went to pay my first car payment on my new car the bank informed me I did not have an account with them. They did not keep me updated on anything and every time I have spoken to them about it they act as if this is completely normal & like I have no reason to be mad. They have lied multiple times. They also informed me that I wouldnt be able to get tags for my new car because I had a strike with the dmv, even though the dealership is the reason I had the strike in the first place. Then after all of this they promised once again they had everything fixed & would overnight me my tags. I did get my tags the next day, but with a letter from the dealership informing me once again I had a strike and they could only issue 30 day tags. These people are unprofessional, liars, rude,and scam artist. I wouldnt go here again if my life depended on it. Worst experience of my life. I have never had such a horrible time buying a car.
Admirable persistence, definitely good at keeping important information from you till it's to late. All the things listed as free for life come with a deductible. They don't tell you that. Also a lot of runaround so read the fineprint and ask alot of questions, detailed questions. Especially about total fees. Nice selection of vehicles.

Had my Infiniti M35 serviced, Paul Hersey, Assistant Service Manager was Awsome!! The customer service was amazing and the work on my car was pricey, but the mechanics handle buisness! Great work and I commend you all!! A++++ thanks Paul for everything, you are definitely the best!!!!

This place has some serious management issues. There are no other local dealerships so my options are very limited. Last time I was in for an appointment it took over 3 hours to change the wheels. Even worse, they revved my car to the limit multiple times until I sent the person from the counter to complain. They apologized and got the service manager who seemed to blow it off like nothing at all. I filed a complaint on the follow up survey with Infiniti with my contact information but they never got back to me. Right now I am trying to call the service department and spent over an hour with multiple calls just to set an appointment. Before moving to the new location they would at least pick up the phone. My previous Infiniti dealers in Maryland and Chicago had none of these issues. I do give a second star because once work is done it seems to be done well.
