Had a fairly simple and quick question about switching my license plate. I spoke with a woman named Stephanie. She was extremely short and brief, she was rude and it seemed as if she wanted the call to end before it started. For 2 calls that lasted under a minute each, it takes minimal effort to give even decent customer service. Pretty terrible customer service, go to any other tag agency honestly.

If you come here expecting service you will be sadly disappointed. it took 5 trips attempt to register a boat until I just gave up and went to another tag agency and got it done. There was always a new requirement that they failed to mention previously, the staff is on FU mode, they are not there to serve they are there to collect in a most efficient manner and always looking to get out from doing their job by throwing a new requirement at you. How hard is it to provide all the requirements for a simple transaction during the first interaction with a customer. If I could give them less than one star I would, They hire folks that would not be hired anywhere else. Do yourself a favor and drive to another tag place.
