Originally gave them 5 stars. Was treated good when I bought my truck and whenever I called about a truck as a "return customer". I decided to keep my truck and needed them to fix my suspension.(no other dealer will touch the lift that they have installed) Sales person was more than willing to text me right back when he thought I was going to buy another truck, but now that I need a car to drive 3 hours home so I can drop my truck off... haven't heard from him in 3 days. Service department also said that they would call me back. Didn't happen. Left hanging.
I just recently bought a 2012 Dodge 3500 from these guys. After driving back to Florida and getting a good look at the truck I found a lot of things wrong that shouldn't have been on a 4 year old truck. The transfer case would not engage, i took it to my local dealership to find out there was 5 oz of oil in it. They replaced it under warranty. The ignition module was bad, had to replace it for $500. Both front hub caps were broken and rattled badly (they sent me new ones after I complained), The license plate lights weren't even hooked up with part of the harness missing. The salesman Jeremy Brown did a light check with me in the truck and told me everything was good. The bed had been removed to install a trailer hitch for a 2013-2015. It's the wrong one and sags with a load, the bed will have to be removed to replace it. The latest thing I found is the bed is off a newer truck and the tail light harnesses are not compatible so I have a rats nest of homemade wiring hidden under the spare tire. The GM Steven O'Neal was contacted about this and simply does not care. He admitted to knowing about the problems with this truck but claimed he did not know it was being sold on his retail lot. Offered me a peanuts settlement or to buy it back at a depreciated rate. He obviously lacks the skill set to run the dealership that his father handed him. In addition, the fan shroud is broken in half and tie wrapped back together. The top piece is completely missing. They said they replaced the rear brakes but left the front ones with less than 1/8" of pad and was already squeaking by the time I got home. There is likely more I haven't found yet. There is either an incompetence issue with their service department that had supposedly inspected the truck or a dishonesty issue between sales and the customer.People, If you buy a used vehicle from these guys, HAVE IT INDEPENDENTLY INSPECTED, DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!

Customers for life! Took my husband's truck to a local dealership and was quoted a price to fix it and was told it would take 4 days. Something just didn't sound right to us. So we took it to James O Neal dodge for a second opinion. So glad we did. Saved us $1200, fixed in one day, and now drives perfectly. Seriously, we will not take his truck anywhere else ever again. Great guys but Bob sold me a 2018 ram 4500 cab and chassis. 5 months ago and i was charged for a full size spare tire for $350 which i never got. Bob said he was going to order me one and it has been 5 months now, no spare tire and i cant even get him on the phone now.
