Such great service. Had to bring in my Jeep that I purchased from another car dealer to get assessed and fixed, as the other dealer couldnt help us at all. Holden dodge took care of our Jeep for us and I can say I will never ever purchase from any other dealer but Holden dodge again. They can take care of your needs from start to finish!

I got scarred by the dealership service department staff. From January through March 2021 I spoke with the staff about the manufacturer's recall for my Dodge. I was told the part to fix my truck was on order. After being told it should be received within a week or two, I was eventually told they would give me a call when they get the part. That's after over a dozen phone calls. Two days ago, when I called Holden Dodge, the service guy my call was transferred to , said that I wasn't in their system. Wow! I surely would let that go over my head. I asked that I needed an appointment to bring the car to the dealership. I did. The recall is yet to be done but my steering decal was removed leaving behind three ugly holes. I'll advise that in future, Holden Dodge customers should keep an accurate record of their conversations with any of the service personnel.
