We are now a completely new store with a new ownership, new management, and new staff. Most importantly, we have a very different approach than our predecessors had, and we strive to offer our customers the best experience imaginable. What you experienced and documented in your review is something many of the previous customers experienced as well. I've heard countless horror stories just like this, and I am working relentlessly to make sure the customers who were mistreated by our predecessors have an entirely new experience with my family and I. Dealing with the people here was the worst experience. Marius, a salesman there, did not keep in contact with me and lied. He said 2 to 4 Toyota Camrys were being brought there, so I went there after work but none of them were there and they couldn't locate them. I drove all the way there for nothing and then he was trying to get me to look at other cars since they didn't have the Camrys they promised. A classic Bait and Switch. I called the manager, Alec, the following day and left him a message to call me back to discuss the problems I had there the night before. It has now been 24 hours and he has yet to return my call. He should not be a manager. A good manager steps in to help the salesman when there is an issue and calls you back. They both exhibited very little professionalism. As a customer, I would prefer a phone call explaining that the Toyota Camrys are not arriving and there was a mix-up, rather than stringing me along for days saying the cars were coming. It's been 5 days now and teh Camrys still have not arrived, like they said they would! Thankfully I got a great deal on a Camry somewhere else and the salesman was awesome. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. These people here will just jerk you around and waste your time.

I am an out-of-state buyer and would highly recommend this dealership! As you can imagine, the stress of buying something you haven't seen in person nor drive for yourself is extremely high. Rick put my mind at ease with every phone call and text. He even arranged the shipping from the dealership right to my driveway! It arrived on time by a very courteous driver. It was a smooth transaction from the very beginning. Less than a week later, I received a delicious "thank you" in the mail. Kudos to the chocolate chip cookie baker!
