I took my 2016 Subaru Outback in for service earlier this month. I needed an oil change, and wanted to have a 60,000 mile service performed. After being quoted $1000, which I balked at, I agreed to the service after taking off the differential service, which I had recently had performed elsewhere. The total cost was still almost $800, which included a $25 coupon I used. The service took a number of hours. Upon completion, I drove off the lot. A couple miles down the road, I looked up and noticed a large chip and crack in my windshield the was not present before taken in to be serviced. I took the car back to point this out. The service center refused to accept any responsibility for the crack, despite their own pictures showing that it was not present before brining it in. The windshield wasn't an issue; my insurance covered that without question. However, given the way I was treated at the service center, as though I was to blame for the crack and was trying to scam them, especially after paying for such a blatantly overpriced service, is unforgivable. They never followed up with me despite stating that the dealership manager would call the next day. I am extremely unhappy with my experience. Beware using this place for service; I would advise going elsewhere.

Knew what car we wanted to lease. Picked the color and option package off the website. Website gave great details of the Outback. Worked out the deal via email, financing done over the phone. Went to Subaru of Ft. Wayne, 10 minutes, all documents signed. Then I was given a 30 minute one on one on how everything worked, set up phone, and many other items. Best car buying experience ever!

Will not go back. Service advisor was unprofessional and condescending. Besides the poor customer service, the tech left my hood released - noticed that after I drove several miles on the interstate. Also, they switched my lights from auto to off which was a fun surprise later on. Would not trust them to work on my vehicle again.
