WORST dealership EVER!!!! From sales to service this is by far the WORST dealership I have ever dealt with. I used to sell cars so I know the tricks. I told them up front I didn't want to play games, but that didn't stop them... I went into the dealership with the VIN# of exactly what I wanted. After being told they didn't have the model I wanted I pulled out the VIN# that I pulled from their website and was able to locate the car myself right away. I knew more about the car than the salesman so I wasn't able to get answers to the few questions I did have. I came prepared to lease with a Chevy sponsored program which the sales manager argued "didn't exist". After walking out the SECOND time I pulled it up on their computer for him to see. He still tried to get me into a lower model for the same price! By the time the deal was done, and we asked the finance manager to show us where the "customer loyalty" rebate was being applied that we were told about, we found out we had been lied to yet again. We went home, after dark only to find that the next AM we had only one key, the owners manual to a totally different type of vehicle and that there was a scratch on the front quarter panel! It took another 2 days to get the proper manual and the other key and although the sales manager agreed to have the scratch fixed, he was gone a week later and I had to threaten to take them to court to finally get the scratch repaired 8 months later! As if that isn't enough I have had nothing but problems with the service department, being told that my passenger side airbag doesn't work when I sit there because I need to "scoot my skinny little butt around" (I weigh 125 pounds). I am pretty sure the airbag should work for anyone weighing over 65 pounds. I have had repairs that I was told would take 2 days take 5 and have to return the rental car they gave me after the 2. Oh, and after a year and a half, still no license plates! I could keep going on, but you get the picture. If you are thinking of purchasing a new car...DO NOT GO TO KEYES!

Do not purchase a vehicle here. I repeat, do not purchase a vehicle here. I decided to buy a certified used car earlier this month. From my research and from from what my friends told me, it was a good idea. For a reasonable price I could have the peace of mind that my per-owned vehicle had a GM backed warranty. I ended up using that warranty only 10 days after purchasing it. I purchased a 2011 Aveo from Keyes Chevrolet on December 16, 2012. The salesman, Jose, was a great guy. And Peter, in financing, was also very professional. But, I did not know that the car would end up having problems. After a few days, I noticed that the car was making a weird noise. After a week, the check engine indicator was on. I took in the vehicle December 26, 2012 and was told that a head-gasket was blown. I was shocked. How could this happen only 10 days after purchasing it?? It was like something out of a movie. You know, the ones about shady car salesman... I received a rental car from Enterprise, covered under the warranty, but will have to pay for insurance for five days while it gets repaired. I talked to Rick Alpern, the General Manager, and he was completely unprofessional, rude, and condescending. He said that it was a mechanical machine and that "these things happen." He said that is why there is a warranty and "he understands how inconvenient it must be for me." In response to my anger, he sarcastically said that he would be willing to buy the car from me. It was a waste of time to voice my frustration with Rick. Not only because there was little he could do, but because he did not care. This is not the type of service I expected.

I bought a new Camaro from Keyes Chevrolet. They had the best deal. They had the cheapest price and got me a lower payment than my own bank.. My salesman, David, was professional and knowledgeable and to say it again. They save me a bunch of money of the car

I came in wanting to buy a car. Nice salesman, very knowledgeable, sold me on Spark e. I said I wanted to pay no more than $200/mo. Manager got me out of the door with "great" deal: $8000 dn and 3 yr lease for $200. Went home and chevy web site said the deal is $999 with $199 3 yr lease. Consumer guide said $199 dn with $99 a mo lease (must have been early in the year). I asked for my money back. "Can't do that without your Cred crd. Come in tomorrow" I did, (I don't live close) and "the rm with the machine has a customer in it, can't disturb them..come back later." Keyes has a $4000 hold on my Visa and I DON"T LIKE IT. I am still driving my old car, didn't sign a contract or take home the new car. Tomorrow I go to another chevy dealer AND I'm looking at Fiat e.
