Sales team good, service team terrible. Purchased a new 2010 Range Rover Sport from the dealership. Pleasant sales experience and intial service experience good. Had some recent issues with keyless entry. Scheduling the service was difficult - left several messages, slow to return call. Finally got it in for service - promised status call by noon. Had to call in myself at end of day as no-call. Said couldn't find the problem and would have to keep it several days to diagnose. I finally had to call back later next day - said they diagnosed as RF sensor, would be several days to get replacement part. I picked up the vehicle to use in the interim. Called back to schedule service - again no callback when I left message. Finally took to another dealership for service - it was a simple loose wire and they fixed same day!
Great experience, my sales person was Lee, he was always there to answer my calls, text or email, he made everything very easy, and when I went to pick up my car, I was in and out less than 15 minutes. Thanks guys.
Steer clear of this establisment.I am had serious service related concerns with Jaguar of West Chester. The level of professionalism is quite poor and the skill of the service personal working on vehicles is absolutely intolerable. After an initial diagnostic fee of over $200 the prescribed repairs were preformed with no change in vehicle condition these repairs were in excess of $1500. The vehicle was presented back to Jaguar of West Chester for re diagnosis. At that time the service adviser (Dave Higgins) proceeded to lie to cover up the fault of the technician. Finally after two weeks of diagnostics the service advisor prescribes another $1500 worth of repairs. The initial inquiry with this vehicle to Jaguar of West Chester was to determine if either the initially prescribed repairs were needed or the one that was ultimately prescribed. Further more the manager of Jaguar of West Chester (Anthony Sarnese) proceeded to tell me Diagnostics do not mean anything you know that! General Manager Steve Gall was helpful, though no satisfactory resolution was reached, and he never followed up with me. Also he told me that the 2003 S-type is a piece of junk and that I should buy a new car. After contacting Jaguar regional customer help line I was told they couldnt help me. Why have a regional help line. All this establishment wants is your money and repairing your vehicle is of no concern to them. There is another somewhat local Jaguar Dealer Union Park Jaguar I have had several customers recommend them to me.
