We took our van in for service and we had a MOPAR maximum care plan that covered the vehicle for life. Not only did they over charge us claiming that we had to pay the $100 deductible for each issue with the vehicle but when they did not fix the problem, they tried to charge us more too look at it again and fix it. They treated me like I was an idiot and treated my husband with so much more respect. They are crooks and we will never use heir service again.

I waited until the last minute to turn in my old leased vehicle because I do not like car shopping and had no idea what I wanted next. I couldn't have been happier from the time I entered this gorgeous facility until I drove off in my new car! My salesman, Ryan Enderes, was so knowledgeable and helpful. I'm sure it wasn't easy for him to figure out financing for me because of past employment issues, but somehow he got me a great deal on the car of my dreams! Everyone was so personable there, great music playing, really fun atmosphere made this an experience that I will actually look forward to next time I need a car.
Our Jeep experience at Suburban CDJR of Ann Arbor was very rewarding. Cody Boucher was very informative and was able to answer all our questions. I would definitely recommend buying or leasing from them. We will be back for our next vehicle.
Horror show repair experience. Brought damaged car for inspection on 6/17 and specifically asked to let me know when all the parts are in, as the vehicle was drivable. Dealer stated that it would take no more than a week to repair, unless something unusual came up. on 6/19 dealer said all parts will be in quickly, so I dropped car off on 6/19. As of 6/26, car had not even been worked on and "the parts weren't yet in". On 7/7, missing part being a headlamp was still not in. A headlamp -- obvious needed from the inspection 2 weeks ago. After escalating matter to management, headlamp magically appeared the next day and dealer completed job on 7/10. We picked up the car only to find $500 to 1000 of damage to door of the car which the dealer admits doing through carelessness of one of their employees. Horror Show!!!!!!!
