Worked with Doug and Nabil to get a Kia sedona. Haggling ensued but walked away with a fair deal on the van. Jesse was the one that signed off on the final offer. The haggling was stereotypical in it's antagonism and draining. Spent over 5 hours there. In the end walked away with a great car which runs great.

I just got a brand new202 2 K5 and a trim piece is coming off. Ive been in once for them to order the part. Never heard back so I called to follow up,they had no record of the part being ordered. They said they would order it and it should take 3-5 days. I called again today, they had no record again, and after being on the phone for 25 minutes they found out they did have the part but somehow it was not attached to my name or vehicle. Then got transferred to service to schedule an appointment. I asked how long it would take so that I knew what day I was able to bring it. The girl was so rude, huffing and scoffing, because I asked how long it would take. She then asked if I was going to drop it off or wait, but like I was bothering her. I told her it would depend how long they were going to have it. She said, it will be an hour or more. And I said if its going to be a long time I would need a loner vehicle. She said we dont do that even though on their hold message it clearly states that. I asked to speak with someone else, and she hung up on me. Great service guys. Making my first experience with Kia great.

My experience with Kenny Boynes and Raceway Kia has been EXCELLENT. I have been a Volvo for Life customer since 1998 and was convinced my new vehicle would be a XC90. However, my husband convinced me to consider a Kia since he was so pleased with his Optima. I looked them up online and received a call from Taylor from Raceway. She was so pleasant that she convinced me to come in to look. Other dealerships called but Taylor went the extra mile. When I got there I was greeted by Kenny Boynes. He was very hospitable and most important knowledgeable. I test drove the Sorento and knew that I could be happy with it. During the negotiation process Kenny was fair and went above and beyond to get me the right color and accessories while getting me the best deal. The day I picked up the car Kenny once again spent hours with us going over all the features and never once acted like he was rushed. Bottom line is that Kenny is an excellent salesperson with top notch customer service skills. He is a huge asset to Raceway and the entire Kia dealership.

As far as your alignment, we use equipment that shows us what needs to be done, if something was recommended it was based on diagnostic tools, we would only tell you your alignment is fine if it is actually fine, but I would be more than happy to provide you with a free alignment. In regards to your phone charger, I will also offer to purchase you a brand new car charger - we would have no reason to tamper with your charger. Don't come here to get your car serviced. Every time I've gotten my car back from being serviced there's been an issue and I've had to go back again for them to fix their own mistakes. They've rotated my tires they shouldn't have and made the car uneven. They told me my alignment was fine when it clearly wasn't. And most recently I received my car back after an oil change and new tires and found my car charger broken. That was the last straw. Will not be returning.
