the slowest service ever .. got my shirt back after 6 business days and It wasnt even delivered as the proof (smaller and forgot to put a sentence). communication wise: not even willing to discuss .. it was more like its what its just take it!!!

The google reviews were great which lead me to this business but the service was HORRIBLE . 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! I ordered a shirt & prepaid, the next day when I called to pick up the shirt they informed me they couldnt do the shirt with the photo I provided, they also couldnt give a refund because all sales are final after getting my photo revamped and sending again, they said it was good and could print, when I got there to pick the shirt up it was on the wrong color shirt AND MISSING A WHOLE WORD ! they then informed me they didnt have time to fix it until the next week ! its been about 3 weeks now and they still havent reached out to fix the shirt ! the service I had was very unprofessional and I dont recommend because theres other shops in Tallahassee thatll do a lot better service ! Please save your time and money and AVOID this place !

They are fabulous. A hoodie was done for me with my picture on it, and it looked like it was bought that way from urban outfitters or something. Very professional, excellent customer service, & expedite. A pleasure.

I got clothing store tags from here and twice the employees have been rude and unprofessional. Along with that they tell me it will be done one day I PREPAY and then they arent ready on the promised date or anywhere near the promised date. Not shopping with them again. Sorry all about professionalism and punctuality. Timing is important during business. 3 days turn around turns into 2 weeks turn around. Update 4-6-2021 we tried to give them one more time we ordered BUSINESS CARD SIZE STORE TAGS AND THEY STILL ENDED UP GIVING ME WRONG SIZE TAGS ! We have it specified on the receipt that the tags need to be business card size and the girl up front who is very rude and unprofessional said that we cannot get our money back even though we didnt take the tags and that she was going to call the police on my business partner for asking for a refund. This place will NEVER get our business again.
