I have bought many new cars in my time. NEVER HAVE I seen such a poor customer service or it take over 3 months to get a car I already signed all the contracts on. The first car they gave me,blew a head gasket on the way off the lot. They made promises daily to deliver my car and never showed or called to inform me what was happening or why my car wasn't delivered. I felt like I just kept getting the run around and each person had a different answer . They Finally delivered my car yesterday. It still was not detailed as they promised and forgot the temp tag. Uggh! So frustrated. 4 trips to dealership that is 2 1/2 hours from my home.

Normally I have no problems, however, this time was different. I have been complaining for years now that my horn was not working right. Every time I went to get my oil changed, I would have them check it. I made sure they checked it thoroughly before the warranty was up. Each time they said it was working fine, thats the way it is suppose to sound. I asked them to check it again yesterday, and sure enough, the horn is cracked. They said they would go back and check to see when I started complaining about it and conveniently, the only record they have of my complaints was at 40,000 miles, after the warranty was up. This is so frustrating! I was diligent in my complaints and Joe Machens kept saying there was no problem. If Machens does not correct this, I am going straight to FIAT.

Absolutely wonderful experience. They are very professional, helpful, understanding, non-pushy, and "real". I never felt like just an account and they listened to my concerns and needs. I got the perfect car for me!

The service guys where very helpful and was very friendly not only to me but too all the customers that I heard them talking to.
Kathleen, Looks like we didn't do a very good taking care of communicating with you. Our apologies. We are forwarding your comments to our General Manager so he is aware of this and request he talk to the Service Manager. Again our apologies, we should have done a better job. And - Sorry about the late response. Google Reviews were off line due to the Covid 19 and have just started coming through again.

I went there for a safety recall. Appointment was for 2:30. Arrived early. Car finally taken in to shop at 2:50. I was a little stressed because I had a doctor's appointment at 3:20. At one point, the service manager came to the waiting room and asked if I wanted a tire rotation with my oil change. WHAT? Had to remind him of the reason I was there.
