Stopped by for a collision estimate. Advised they only do estimates by appt. but they could get me in next Friday. No thank you! I'll go somewhere else to have my work done. Have used this body shop for years under the previous management which was excellent.
Shady business practices! I had taking my car here to get it fixed after hitting a deer. Took over 1 month to fix and but Robert started giving me updates once parts came in and they begin to work. Everything was fine until I recieved my car back and drove it around the car started shaking then when you drive on the highway right around 40-50 mph it really shakes and the horn sounded weird. Now its March and I've just completed all maintenance on my car by January of this year. Full Brake service, brand new tires, alignment, transmission flush, throttle bottle and a few other things. My car was driving smoothly! I call to let them know something is wrong because my car was NOT shaking like that before I hit the deer. Robert talked to my husband and told him its probably the wheel alignment and they didnt do that. He said he would call my insurance and notified them then call us back which he did. He told us that the insurance company said they are to inspect the car and see if the shaking is related to the accident also we may need to send in proof of services we did on the car. I called Apple Nissian and had them email a copy of services I'd recently had them do. My husband takes the car in and they drove it up to Post office and back. They didnt fixed the horn right after they acknowledged they didnt replace it correctly. If you guys knew that why should we have to bring the car back instead of just fixing it properly the first time? My husband said they didnt go on the highway or anything! They made a determination that it was happening because something related to the brakes but they needed us to pay them $49.95 to thoroughly check and see what exactly is wrong with the brakes. This makes no since because your job is to diagnose the problem correctly. I called back to talk to Robert and he wasn't to familiar so he transferred me to Pam. Pam explained to me that 2 of their service providers test drove the car and said it only happened when they pressed on the brakes. I explained to her that I just recently got my brakes serviced and I didnt understand why they needed us to pay any additional $ to simply diagnose our vehicle. I also asked her how did they not catch this in the first place. She basically had no answer and told me I needed to speak to the body shop manager Steve. She tried to connect me to him but he wasnt available, she took my contact information because she said my insurance company dont want to pay and she was not in a position to override any decisions at Apple Collision. She said Steve is and I should talk to him. I explained to her that while waiting for Steve to call I would be calling my insurance agent back and speak to them. I called my insurance company and explained my concerns, she explained to me that the shop should diagnose my vehicle and if it is determined not related to the accident then I would be responsible for the fee of $49.95 along with any repairs needed. She told me that she feels like there is a miscommunication between both parties so she would call them and call me back. When she called me back she told me that she talked to Pam and Pam told her the shaking was NOT related to the accident. Now Pam NEVER told me this she made it seem as if the insurance company didnt want to pay. Now as I stated before my car was running fine before I hit this deer. I have all of the paperwork showing that I was up to date with ALL services etc. Pam is a very shady woman instead of her being upfront and honest with me she lied not only to me but my insurance agent. They were so pressed for that $49.99 that they didn't value my husband and I as future customers. Also NEVER did I hear from Steve the body shop manager which shows they dont value customer service. Robert told me they were slow today. My husband and I don't believe the shaking has anything to do with the brakes. My insurance agent advised me to use another shop which I will be doing. I terribly regret giving these people my business and time. Trusting them with my family vehicle was a huge mistake and will never happen again.

Car returned to me with white dusty substance everywhere(entire interior, glove box, armrest and under the hood). Understanding that car sits in shop and things may accumulate but could have at MINIMUM done some type of cleaning before returning to customer. It is worth noting that my car had to be test driven by an employee there and he was ok with giving me my car back in this condition. I am now over a week into fighting to get this place to do right. If zero stars where an option that would best fit this place.
