Absolutely the slowest "fast food restaurants" I've ever been to. I mean "freaky fast" is the slogan, right? I just spent 10 minutes in the drive thru without it moving a single car. So I go in to order because maybe the drive thru is broken. Nobody in line, just me. 10 more minutes go by before any of the 6 or 7 employees take my order. At this point am getting very frustrated as I see the cars start moving through the drive thru. Guess how long it took to make 1 sandwich? 10 minutes. The average lunch break is 30 minutes. So if that's all you get I wouldn't go here. It's unfortunate the food is great. But I've never had a "freaky fast" experience here ever.

We showed up. Gave the girl at the counter our whole order which consisted of 4 sandwiches and she then told us that they are out of turkeyhow are they out of turkey? My sister, who is a typical 9-year-old, asked for a plain tuna sandwich. There is no sign or anything saying what the tuna salad has in it. We get the sandwich and it is loaded with celery and onions. I guess we should have asked, but its a child that wants a PLAIN sandwich. Shouldve at least been mentioned what was in the tuna salad. After picking out the celery and onions, there was hardly anything left other than bread.

Terrible Terrible Terrible: Shame on you Jimmy Johns! First Id like to say the customer service at this location is awful. It seems no training, supervision, or guidance is given to employees. They are generally rude and most times cant be bothered with a simple task like taking your order. Secondly: the food is comparatively pricy which is usually justified in that Jimmy Johns typically provides a superior sandwich. Nope not this location. Not once has my order been correct or as requested. Ive tried several times to give it a chance and they cant seem to get it straight. Thirdly: I am let down as it seems there is no quality control as management is seemingly never present. On this day I purchased my son a Turkey sandwich. The sandwich I received was not even a slice of Turkey on a minuscule bread roll. $8.00 gets you not enough to feed a child at Jimmy Johns! I attached two photos to this review.
