Hello. I was sold the car and all looked good except for the fact that after the sign up done and they handed over one key to me.. then the Agent told me that they will send me the second key after they find out where the key is . I followed up and after two days the agent told me that the customer who did not return the key has indeed lost the key. now the dealer is not willing to give me the second key that they are supposed to give me which is 500 dollors worth. i feel this is really not a good way to treat a customer who put trust in you and came home with the car. I sincierly suggest everyone to look into those and not go by trust. The manager himself says he will not be able to . i dont know who else to trust to . also the other manager who i contacted till now did not get back. Kindly ask the Dealer management to look into this matter .
I have purchased 4 Range Rovers in the past...ALL from Land Rover Houston North. Why? Because my salesman John Beneke and the dealership truly treat you with respect, class and sincerity. They dont play sales games. No hassles. They stand behind their product. John still checks-in from time-to-time to see how Im doing and how the car is performing. The Service Department delivers as promised. Again, with professionalism and class. As long as I continue to own Range Rovers Ill buy them from John at LRHN. Theres no better dealership or salesman!
Brought my LR Range Rover in for its annual recommended service. My service advisor, Cash was very communicative. I asked Cash specifically to ensure my vehicles interior was spotless after the service, he assured me he would take care of it. I received my vehicle, completely dirty.. residual on my seats, both front and back along with dashboard and center console area. Along with radio station being changed, volume increased, seat reconfigured. This experience is completely UNACCEPTABLE!!! To date, no contact from JLR North.
