NEW REVIEW : Update 10/16/19. I took my vehicle in for its first regular maintenance "oil Change". After making an appointment, I was made to wait for 10 minutes before been assisted. The team performed an oil change and a recommended tire rotation. After leaving the facility, my vehicle was misaligned terribly, pulling to the right. I called the service department and spoke to a gentlemen named George to ask what happened, he told me that this happens to old vehicles and they would gladly look at it for a 39.99 fee. Take note, that my vehicle was in perfect working order before coming in. I let this know to George which simply didn't care what I was saying. Another service member also told me that my vehicle had a bad battery, when I confronted them about it, explaining that the vehicle was recently purchased and completely serviced by them, passing all their "strict testing", they backed off from the battery pitch. Overall, Honda's are great vehicles, I was able to fix mine by rotating back the tires myself, something that the dealer could have done for me if they would have proper customer service skills to retain customers and service them correctly. NEVER EVER EVER will I take my vehicle for service here and neither should you. If you need to buy a Honda Vehicle from this location please do, the sales staff and finance were good, but DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER for Service or repairs. That's just my opinion! Original review : What an amazing place. From no car to and awesome van in less than 2 hours. Excellent proffessional, friendly and caring staff. Thank you Matt, Stephen and all the staff. Love the van.

Sir I'm glad you purchased a Honda Ridgeline and am confident you'll be happy with it however I don't know if that's a fair google post and comparison. We have our certified RTL-T Ridgeline being offered at $32,998 compared to $37,975 for a new comparable RTL-T model. Our certified used Ridgeline also would come with more warranty than the new one by the way and we do not "upcharge" for the certification as some dealers do as it is in our price offered at $32,998.

I had my eye on a 2016 Camaro that had just came in. I was contacted very promptly by Mike Lopez and then Luis Guzman. The prompt and professional communication was superb. After the test drive I was smitten and knew this was the one. Luis was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and went above and beyond during the sales process. My financial situation was reviewed and we happily agreed on the price. He also included a new set of tires !! Alberto in the finance department was a true gentleman and gave me excellent advice for my future. I'm absolutely over the moon with Winterhaven Honda and the entire process. I dont understand? You posted this at 11:16 am on Saturday Nov 23rd and our Service Dept is still open until 4 pm and Sales is open until 6 pm? Are you referring to a previous Saturday?
