I went to take my truck in for a abnormal clicking noise at start upon a Thursday before the long labor day weekend and was told it would be better to bring it in on Tuesday after the long weekend because they didn't know if they could get to it so I did dropped it off on tues I explained everything that was wrong because I had 2 other concerns I was told I would get a call in the afternoon never received any such call I did not hear back until wed afternoon and was told they could not recreate the problem I asked why I was not called so I could go there and show them I was told they were busy I went first thing in the morning got with a tech and service advisor turned on the truck and you could hear the problem did it for different times he said it sounds like transmission and then said he didn't think he could get it back on the rack after he tried to say that was normal I told him making a clanking sound at start was not normal especially for a 65,000.oo dollar truck he said ya your right but that I wouldn't get the truck back by the weekend that they probably wouldn't get to it so I told them I need my truck I don't want to leave it if it's just going to sit there and asked y I have to wait if I made an appointment on Tues they kept it for 2 days and I have to bring it back the next week and got no answer just what sounded like excuses the worst service ever will never go back!

I thought my experience would be better but I am left dissatisfied. I own a 2016 challenger, which I took in for a noise that I would hear when driving. I was told that it was a Rack and Pinion issue, but the part was on back order (on a two year old car) and I would have to do wait a week for the order to come in. A day later, I took my car to my original dealership, which is Glendale dodge, and the issue I heard had nothing to do with the original diagnosis. They fixed my problems with no hassle. The original visit to the Claremont Dodge was May 1st. This is May 11th, and I have yet to receive a call from Claremont Dodge for the order that was placed. My car is fine now, but I wish the mechanics had taken more time to actually properly diagnose my issues, rather than leaving me hanging. I was hoping to develop a working relationship with the dealership but at this moment I will not recommend the service department.

Horrible service department.. Brand new 2021 jeep vehicle breaks down in the middle of the road at 2000 miles.... It has been a week and no loaners available, no idea what is wrong or when it can be fixed mean while I'm stranded with no car. Tried to contact service manager multiple times with no luck. Next stop Jeep corporation. Update... They reached out shortly after the review and were very communicative. got the car back to us fixed next day. changing to 3 starts.
