If possible, I would give 0 stars. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS FAST AS POSSIBLE. They have awful service, do awful work, and are just terrible people. After the third time having to take it back, my husband waited over a week and then tried calling for an update. He was not upset. Just wanted an update. He called the manager, the office, and the owner a bunch of times. No answer. Finally i called on my phone (that we had not called them on previously), and got an immediate pickup at the office. They were dodging his calls. At that point my husband was upset. No legit, honest, or ethical company would dodge the calls of a customer whose car they have in their possession. Peter and Joe gave us the run around on our car for 2 months. They would tell us it was ready only to have them say it wasn't moments later. We had to take it back 3 times because they did not do the work right. Airbag was not fixed, Exhaust crooked, rear end crooked, and paint falling off the bumper. I would have understood it taking 2 months if they were being honest with us about the progress of the car and doing the work right the first time. Joe is the absolute worst. He constantly is lying about the entire project. Stated he saw the guys fix things that were clearly not fixed. Joe then lied to his boss Peter and told him we had said not to do wet sand or primer. WHY WOULD WE DO THAT??? Especially when insurance is paying for it. Plus we don't work on cars so how would we have even known that was a thing? In the end we recorded calls, and demanded letters of liability on EVERYTHING they touched. We will be contacting our insurance and a lawyer. Basically, run. Go anywhere else. Si es posible, daría 0 estrellas. SALGA DE ESTA COMPAÑÍA LO MÁS RÁPIDO POSIBLE. Tienen un servicio horrible, hacen un trabajo horrible, y son simplemente personas terribles. Habría entendido que tomará 2 meses si fueron honestos con nosotros sobre el progreso del automóvil y si hacen bien el trabajo la primera vez. Joe es el peor absoluto. Él constantemente miente sobre todo el proyecto. Dijo que vio a los chicos arreglar cosas que claramente no eran correctas. Joe le mintió a su jefe Peter y le dijo que habíamos dicho que no hiciera arena húmeda o imprimador. POR QUE HARIAMOS ESO??? Especialmente cuando el seguro lo está pagando. Took them 20+ days to replace my back bumper. I had to extend my rental coverage with my claim's adjuster because they took so long to get the job done. Customer service is nonexistent, these guys never called me to tell me my car was ready for pickup, I found out after calling them. Picked up my vehicle and it's obvious they messed around with things under the hood. I talked to the mechanic and he told me the battery died on him 3 times while the car was there. First of all, My car and everything in it is a year old, and it was working perfectly fine before I turned it in to them. Second, it makes no sense to keep my car ON while they fix my back bumper. Suspicious activity here! Going to have to take my vehicle checked at the dealership. A sensor went bad, braking feels funny, the battery has to get looked at, and the vehicle chimes when opening the door now. One guy showed up for an estimate there, and I told him my story. He decided to go somewhere else. I hope you do.

Everyone at Dynasty collision was pleasant, patient and respectful to my mother. She went through a lot with this accident and they made her feel extra special, helping with getting the rental car and even helped her avoid paying the deductible. Would definitely recommend them.
