We got our chevy sonic almost a year ago from here and since we brought it home it has been one thing after another, keep in mind this car is NOT old... When we first went to the dealership looking for a car we were after a chevy cruise, the one we were going to look at sold when we had got there but we had a list of others we were interested in so no big deal, after telling the salesman what we wanted somehow we ended up in the chevy sonic, it was a nice car on the lot for sure. Ran great, looked great, not quite the room we were looking for but it would do for now. About a week after having it we go to fill with gas and the car wont even start without pushing the gas pedal in as you turn the key, still does this today, not sure what is going on. We tried to contact someone about it and was told the bumper to bumper we were told we had was out of effect on the car. (Go figure) Few months later the engine light comes on, shuts off and does this a few times as if it wasnt sure if the damn thing was broke or not. Now we are dealing with a car that dies at a stop light and takes a few tries to turn back on and is now at a Chevy dealership near us to try and get fixed and hopefully not cost an arm and a leg. Absolutely ridiculous. We wonder if there was something wrong with the car in the beginning and just had a quick fix to sell, as we were pressured into buying the car in the first place. We needed a car for sure but not a POS that would keep breaking down. Thank God we have another car to get us to work and our son to day care.
The people here are the best. I needed a key made and a new remote for my truck. They were booked full but worked me in. Next time I need a vehicle I will go to this dealership first.
I brought my car in twice, to have my BCM flashed. Both times, they told me I was ready just for me to realize that they didn't get it done. Then told to bring it back at a later date. Now, the third time, they want me to pay for possibly hours worth of labor. This should have taken five minutes. But instead it's taking weeks and and possibly a few hundred more Dollars because they can't catch they're own mistake before sending out my car. Ridiculous. If anyone else could do it I'd be there, but I guess I'll schedule another appointment.
