I went to this place i have problem on my mazda with a light and they inspected for $100, told me that is ballast bad and need be replaced, they ask $415 for ballast $270 new light bulb And $250 for work Its come total $1180 to fix that problem with diagnostic. Wow!!! He was teling me that is not cheaper parts and that they cant otherwise guarantee work if they dont replace all . I was upset. They wasnt frendly there as well. So i went on ebay and find used ballast for 57 dollars free shipping. Look at youtube how to replace , got it done myself for less than 30 min , didnt need to replace light bulb . I saved more than $1000 really thet they need to charge to guarantie work? I would nobady recomend this place find some local repairing center they just want pull you money out of pocket they dont care how much you need to work to earn it , would never go there again!

Set up an appointment for a routine oil change and tire rotation for my vehicle purchased at another dealer out of state. I have brought my car here for the same service before as well without issue, but not this time. Said they needed to verify the coverage and could not reach the company via phone so I would be required to pay out of pocket. Just ridiculous considering they have record of the same vehicle being serviced with the same warranty at the same location less than 6 months ago. Will be taking my business elsewhere after this experience to say the least.

Great car and pretty straight service. Fast and to the point. The salesman Cody Stevens was personable and seemed like a good person not just a robot trying to force something down your throat. My credit is fairly new and they still got me a great rate.

Bought multiple cars from Preston. When I thought I wouldn't even get a loan with my my horrible credit! Stevie Brummell told me to give him a chance to work his magic. 3yrs ago he got me a loan for a nice car with a decent payment! Last year I returned to him looking for a specific vehicle and had already been preapproved before I walked in the door. He told me nope he could get me a better loan and interest rate and he worked his magic again! I got that lower interest rate and my payments were less than I expected! Completely happy Preston customer here thanks to Stevie Brummell! Will definitely continue to buy from him!

I drove an hour to get my key programmed to my Mazda just so they could say they can't do it... they should have told me that when I made the apt. I don't recommend Preston Mazda for service they seem to not know what they are doing!
