This dealership is the worst experience of my natural life.They disregarded my approval letter from my bank then lied to me about the interest rate after I told them not to run my credit, they did. I spoke to my bank after I brought my contract home and the finance company, who told to return the car which I did and they flat out told me they would not take it back because they would not be making any money that way.Even after I spoke to my credit union infront of them. I had to file a complaint with BBB, call the cops who told me it seems I was a victim of a bait and switch to take these people to court . I pray that anyone shopping for a Honda to go to the individual websites and view the reviews before making the drive in. It will save you a magnitude of heartbreat and aggrevation. The sad about it is that they rave over the good reviews custmers give but never do anything about rectifying the bad practices they excercise on a regular. very very bad experience with this stealers.. I have come down here to buy an 2015 Accord Exl which was quoted $ 15,500 on their website. When I went to showroom I was told I need to make 10 percent down and then then price is 15,500 after the 10 percent totalling to 17,000. I was asked 700 dealer fee. I was told it's mandatory to get car registered from dealer, get the loan approved from their finance, Need to have gap insurance from loan provider(though you have it covered in insurance) and it's mandatory to have Honda bumper to bumper coverage which costs $2,500. Totalling up every thing and they showed some grace on me to get it to $20,500. I wonder is this the way how Honda works!!

I had a wonderful experience buying my new car at North Shore Honda. Peter was very patient and worked with me so that I got the best deal possible. He allowed me to work at my own pace without being pushy. I loved the follow up phone call the next day after leaving with my car to see if everything was ok.
