Thank you for coming out to Ewe Pullet Self-Service Used Auto Parts where the motto is Your Tools, Your Labor, Your Savings. We know it can be hard work, and frustrating when the end of the day comes and you have worked hard to pull and engine, but we do not have anyone that provides those services at Ewe Pullet. Our rep was simply telling you the procedures on how the business works. Great customers like yourself pull all kinds of crazy things, and figure out, using the carts and a-frame lifts we provide, to get the items to the gate. If the answers don't agree, it can come across poor I am sure, but he was just telling you the way it is at this business. That is also why you can buy a 4 cylinder engine for $136.20, with an exchange warranty. Once again, sorry that you may not of understood that up front, but if you watched the other hundreds of people that were there that day, they all brought the parts, regardless of what they were, to the front. I am very sorry your impression was different, but the only staff we have working , are working the office, we do not provide any assistance in the yard at this self-service business. It is always pretty special to us, to see how the customers all help each other, when they work together, to make things happen and take advantage of the amazing savings available at Ewe Pullet Self Service Used Auto Parts. I had a motor pull out of the car and told the front person that I had a motor and they wouldnt bring it to the front for me and gave me attitude saying its self served, so if you want the motor, you gotta bring it to the front. Poor Attitude and bad customer service.

Thank you for the feedback, we do take it all under consideration. We do charge the 2$ to keep up on the lot and the facility. While most people leave with something they can use, not all do and make sure and ask for your Harvest Guarantee for a free entrance next time if you leave empty handed. Also, if you are a Veteran or an Active Military member, you ALWAYS get in for free. Inventory is always changing! Our Staff at Nordstrom's full service has no idea what parts are being sold at the Ewe Pullet. They look at the same web site information at ewepullet dot com to see which vehicles were placed in the lot, but things are selling all the time and we do not inventory the parts at the Self - Service operation. You will find some pre-pulled parts on certain cars or we could not afford to put them out there, at the prices we sell the parts for. Lot is nicely organized, but $2 entry fee is a bummer. Selection is older than anticipated and very well picked over. Many parts are pre-pulled so I'd suggest calling Nordstrom's (next door, sister business) before coming here to save the time and $2.
