My mom was taken advantage of. They completely ripped her off. My mother is a senior citizen. The sales staff took advantage of the situation and sold her a car at MSRP with crap added on such as tint and floor mats. Later they talked her into buying an extended warranty with the promise that it could be removed. This turned out to be a total lie and they stated that taking off the 1500 dollar extended warranty would not change the payments. After owning the vehicle for 12 hours Flether Jones refused to take back the vehicle even if we paid extra cash for the trouble. Please note that the car hadnt even been driven but to the house. BEWARE OF FLETCHER JONES.
I took my mercedes and they did not fix anything on it, my A/C is bad, I was not happy with the service, I won't ever use them again. I got the round around with the service guy. I don't ever write reviews but this time I had to. I felt like I wasted my time and writing this review is a waste also. They don't care.
I contacted this dealership via Autotrader. Larry Francis was polite, and Beth answered all my questions regarding the College Grad incentive; However, I ended up at another dealership while spending time with a friend. My experience there was poor, but they had the car I wanted: a white 2012 XD 5 speed. I left Larry a message to let him know I had purchased a car already. He called back on Monday, obviously upset with me, trying to inform me he could have transferred the vehicle. While the return call seemed emotional, I admit I would have rather dealt Larry than Dante at Desert Toyota Scion.
Best experience I had with a car dealership ever! I had my price set with St George Utah Toyota dealership and was ready to travel 2 hours and bring it back. But Fletcher Jones Toyota actually beat their price! I didn't have to fight and haggle for 5 hours like Findley Toyota and be charged all kinds of garbage fees and a overpriced warranty insurance. After dealing with Fletcher Jones, I realized how much I got ripped off from Findley Toyota last year when I bought my Prius there. Along with the long waiting times at Findley, I will do my business at Fletcher Jones from now on. Love the way Fletcher preps the car and parks it in the showroom so it stays cool inside! Sal Medina was super and his sales manager, Carlos, gets my business referrals from now on.
This review is about Rodger the service manager.... took my scion tC to have it serviced and I just got my rims painted ans kindly told the service advisor to have them be careful I came back 3 hours later and noticed every single rim is chipped, called Rodger and he decides to bash the shop I got my rims done at saying "they used spray paint" "bring your car here and I will have them professionally painted" little did he know my bf painted them and owns the shop that did my rims. Really?
