The guy was very rude, told us he didn't care if we took it or left it. We came in to look at one of their lower price deals, which they don't haggle over (which is fine) but the guy didn't even bother asking if we wanted to see anything besides the car we came in about. We decided to take our money down the road and got a MUCH better deal with a friendly sales team. Definitely wouldn't recommend this rude, high priced place!

We have purchased two Outbacks from this dealership and have had very positive experiences working with the Sales department. Over the past several years, these vehicles have been in for routine maintenance, and, the Service team has always been helpful and professional. Today, Service went above and beyond. One of the Outbacks, now belonging to our son, wouldnt start and needed to be towed to the dealership. The tow operator thought it might have needed a new alternator. It turned out, a light in the back seat had been left on and it had killed the battery. DuTeau replaced the battery for free. We were all over the moon. Working with DuTeau Subaru, Sales and Service, has been a dream. We all look forward to working with DuTeau in the future.

Some of my experience with DuTeau was good, BUT the ad said the car came with 3 years of Sirius prepaid, and 3 years of Traffic prepaid. I asked about that when I looked at the car, and the sales guy asked me to send him the ad. When I Picked up the car I asked again before leaving and was told it was all setup. When I got home found it had 3 months. I contacted them and they said it was only 3 months. Well- I can get 4 months for $1 on the net. I felt like I asked about it, and it was on the ad, I proved it to them, and they sent me down the road knowing it was not activated. I feel tricked.
