Went in to look at a Mini they had for sell. Overall impression was not great waited 20 min till I was helped.. but the guy that did help me Blake was very helpful so that was a positive. I went back three times in total to look at this car I live in Glendale so it's not a 10 min drive first time to see it second to drive it and the third was to see about purchasing it. The major negative was when it came down to work the numbers. It seemed like the fees were extremely high, I understand fees of purchasing a car but at this point it was so they could sell at 21,000 versus the 19k they had it at the first time so take it as you will but that was just my bad experience

Bait and switch. I spent days searching for a car. I found the car in the color I wanted at Scottsdale Fiat and Alfa Romeo. I called to buy the car without asking for a discount. I live outside their state so I don't pay taxes there. They raised the price $4000.00 and claimed that they had to collect taxes just in case I don't pay mine ($2400) and then they added a bunch of added fees ($1600). Dealers like this give all dealers a bad name. Bait and Switch.

Dean my man I went in with just about no hope of trading out of an impending end-of-lease fiasco from another manufacturer! Been eying the AR brand from afar and decided desperately that even though I thought I couldnt afford the car, I might still test ride the slick looking car. Not only did they have inventory, Dean helped me get financing into a new, on lot, '22Giulia, well appointed, ready to go. Experience of walking-in was easy and Dean approached with kindness and ease. He proved instrumental in getting a deal ironed out even when it seemed like the terms of my existing credit and lease might prevent it. In less than a day, he and the rest of the team at Alfa viewed me as more than the face value of my credit score! New car obviously brings out the best in everyone and reviews, but in earnest, the experience of being more than the sum parts of a down payment or credit made all the difference. Every car deal experience is squirm-enabled, I dont care how many times youve done it. even if you get the best deal imaginable, its unavoidable theres going to be moments of back and forth, anxiety, etc. but therein, Dean showed a very personable genuine side to him, down to earth and interesting above and beyond small-talk. He looked after all the small things youd expect, and made me feel like I was his main client. Only thing Id caution about in terms of the dealership the refreshment stand wish the snack bar was more lively and less mechanical Either way, consider me part of the Alfa family for the long haul.
