VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED for a smaller town dealership and the impersonal pushy practice -the BDC garbage is a turn off. Right off the bat, too. I am/was looking for something particular, I saw something close on your site, but like 60-75% of the stuff on you website. There is no price. Call for a pushy BDC and the run around. We stated first thing. We live in the county and we are not very close. We don't want to waste anyone's time, ours or yours. We give the BDC person the stock numer, and get the whole. " Oh, this isn't at this location." No Additional information about the vehicle was given just more fishing for contact info. So the inventory description is false?? "Harvard stock, local trade in..." Well I guess, if you feel this is a good business practice, good luck with that. ***Seriously? Do you accuse all the people that give you a bad review of making it up? Not winning points... What do I have to gain but making something up? I am an honest person and didn't appreciate the dishonesty. Ask your BDC person if someone called about the Tahoe you have on your site that isn't at your location.
