They were nice until i signed the lease papers then they started giving me the run around. I leased a $52,000 SUV. They promised to give me 2 $10 coffee cups. Then said i have to give them a good review to get the cups. Even after i gave them the review, they still wouldn't give me the cups. It is not about the stupid cups but that is not how you treat your customers if you want them to keep dealing with you. The sad part, it was the manager who did that. the sales person was much nicer. what a great role model for your employees. I should have stayed with BMW. They treat you very well no matter what.

Sales person was unknowledgeable and unprofessional. Finance manager did not return phone calls after leaving 3 voice mails requesting a return call. Highly disappointed and surprised by the lack of customer service at Airport Infinity. I expected much more from a luxury car dealership.

they charged me a $600 fee that they did not tell me about. an "end of lease fee" when it was suppose to be waived because I traded in my lease for another lease. when I found the fee ON MY CREDIT REPORT....THEY TOLD ME they wouldn't waive the hidden charge unless I leased ANOTHER car from them too...scammers. AND I had previously leased 5 Qx80s. they lost my business for life for $600. DUMB! on my way to MERCEDES where I should have been going for years anyway.
