Hello. i just bought a car from here and i believe i could of gotten the car a little cheaper since it was a 17 and the 18's are out, but it is, what it is. The car had a scratch on the bumper and the manager did compensate me a little (should of been more though). I have bought numerous new cars and every dealer would wash the car before giving it to me, i understand it was raining that day but they did not even offer me a car wash for the next day or after. Other then that i love my car and plan to keep it for a while.

Ive had great expiriences in the past with the service department until recently. I took my car for 2 recalls that it had. Everything went great. Not a problem when i picked the car up. One of the service guys even told me i had a good unit. I decided to get a new key. I ordered it with them and made an appt to program the key. Everything went smooth. When i take the car to get the key programed one of the service guys (different one) from the week prior tells me theres a leak in the radiator and its been there a while, i should get it fixed imediately before it can cause a bigger problem. Mind you i just got brakes and disks done about 3 weeks ago and my mechanic did not see an issue. Remember a week prior i brung the car for the two recalls and there wasnt an issue. And now i bring in the car to program a key and they tell me i have a $900 job i have to do. I always try to see the good in people but i cant help but feel like my car was sabotaged so they can make some money off me. Maybe he thought to himself this guy made us work for free on two recalls, a lot of people dont even bring in cars for that, lets do something to his car to get something off him. I hate to think this way, but if it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck, its a duck. I might not be able to prove it, but i have a gut feeling something was done on purpose. I dont think one should pay for all. Besides that weasel and coward of a man everyone else has always been very nice and respectful. Extremely proffesional. No disrespect to anyone else over there but im extremely dissapointed that theres people like that in places of business that take advantage of customers just to make extra money.
