WORST EXPERIENCE OF ALL TIME! Called Ogden KIA in Harlingen to see about getting my vehicle serviced. Left them my contact information, waited 72 hours, and no return of phone call. Then I called them back to schedule service and they would not even provide me a loaner vehicle. Even though this is standard at most KIA dealerships throughout the rest of the U.S. Well friends, I wouldn't piss on these folks if they were on fire! Ogden does NOT know how to take care of its customers! I guess I will drive North to S.A. just to ensure that they don't get any of my hard earned money! DO NOT EVEN BOTHER WITH THESE JACK WAGONS!

Very caring staff at Kia. Very helpful and helped us even more with trade in on car value. Simple service. Eduardo Lalo brought the car over to demo at my work. Closed the deal the following day. BDC rep Aaron was very helpful along with his supervisor Nestor. Javier was the finance personnel that helped us get into our new vehicle. I recommend shopping her.

In Early May of this year (2022) I bought a new Kia EV6 fro Bert Ogden Kia in Harlingen. I knew they were scarce and therefore was willing to pay above the MRSP. My wife who is not well was with me. Because of that I guess I was not watching carefully enough as we suffered though the headache of signing all the documents. What I realized in the next couple of days was that they had charged me with a high interest rate though I have excellent credit and added a very expensive gap insurance since the value of the car was more than its worth. I quickly got a new loan from my Credit Union at 3.2 percent less than the one from KIA. I also went back to cancel the extremely high Extended Warranty and Gap insurance. I have been waiting almost 4 months now for them to return my money. I have called and visited the dealership in person on numerous occasions and heard any number of excuses including that the entire accounting department had walked out. But still no check. I wonder how long they would wait for a check if the tables were turned? DS Clinton PS I love the car
