Took a vehicle in for scratch repairs on a rear quarter and decided to include a detail for the whole car. The vehicle was older black sedan in fantastic condition for its age. Scratch repair was quoted at around $50. Opted to have a detail done as well for 185.00 + tax Scratch repair was adequate for the cost involved. Overall detail was poor. The vehicle had swirls on the doors, wax residue in all seams and debossed areas (logo on rear bumper) and didn't really look that great. I was told they are meticulous and the process would take 2 days. I was called the very next day to pick it up. It was obviously done in a hurry. As this was a dry run to see if I wanted to service my other vehicles here ('15 Challenger, also Black) I will not be returning to this shop.

I had pretty high hopes considering most of the reviews were positive and I only needed a simple repair but I couldnt have been more wrong. The repair itself was fine, aside from the way the interior of my car was left afterwards. The issues that arose from that repair were a different story. Im not sure if this company is deliberately trying to mislead their customers or if its just a huge breakdown in communication between their workers. Either way, I shouldnt have to pay to have somewhere else fix the issues they caused during repair and I dont appreciate being lied to.

Updated review 4 star: Original review created correspondence leading me to return my car to their shop for another pass. When I picked it up after the followup appointment, there were definitely improvements over the first attempt. I appreciated Minor Wreck Express making an extra effort to please me. The only reason I did not give 5 star is because I had to return the car a 2nd time and the paint color didn't exactly match my unique color...one of the manager's did explain what it would take to exactly match however...just more effort than I wanted to spend. Original review 3 star: Car needed a dent removed and several minor scrapes/chips touched up/buffed out. It is a unique color, but the estimator didn't think matching paint would be a challenge. Paintless dent removal worked pretty well on the dent, but I was disappointed in the locations they attempted to improve (paint did not match that well) and also disappointed that they missed ~1/2 of the locations needing work.
