If you insist to buy a Porche, I recommend not to get it from Larchmont office. I returned my car before lease end and I paid a penalty. Part of the deal is to bring the car days before the monthly due installments so I dont pay it. However, the monthly installment was taken from my card. It took me months to get a response from sales team (Pedro and Lemanski Sylvester). They told me that Porche Finance is another entity that they dont have control. After months, I got a partial refund and they stopped answering my emails inquiring about the rest of the refund. I cannot believe a reputable brand would treat customers this way!!

I am happy for all the other customers, who were liked their Pepe experience. Sorr to say in my case it was the first really miserable experience with a Porsche dealer ( History : 2 911 4S, 1 Cayenne Turbo) Searching on the Internet I found the 22 Cayenne Coupe Turbo that I liked for $ 159,000. I talked to Sarah at Pepe confirming my serious Interest. She was helpful and nice, telling me that the car would be available in the first week of July and she would sending me the spec sheet with the price. She did and set up an appointment with Rafael for June 23rd. I showed up on time ( 2 Hour Drive ) . We shortly discussed the car and he took a look at my trade in Cayenne Turbo.. He came back after discussion with some manager with a price a few thousand dollars lower than I expected but nothing earth shattering. When I was about to agree he all of a sudden said I am sure that Sarah told you that there is a $ 15,000 up charge . She had not and it was obvious that he knew. They were trying to take advantage of a guy who seems to have money. So, no deal. I dont even mind the up charge .People may decide for themselves.But the way it was done was ruthless and irresponsible and has nothing to do with price negotiations. Altogether more than 4 hours wasted for nothing. I own 2 manufacturing companies and would be abhorred if my team would treat potential customers like that. So be aware !

Ross Lubell did a fantastic job helping me to build a new Macan S. He was very knowledgeable about the car and enthusiastic in his demeanor. More importantly he was extremely helpful in helping me to return my old car off the lease. I would highly recommend him.

Our rate is lower than the surrounding Porsche dealers by a large margin. Your bill was high this visit because in addition to the yearly maintenance, both the front and rear brakes required servicing. Too expensive, service not complete. I had mentioned a few things when I dropped off the vehicle and when I picked it up some issues had not been addressed. The bill was outrageously expensive. Their labor charges are too high and when I expressed that concern to the service manager the answer I received was that the hourly cost of the technician is expensive because they have to add to it the off site training with housing and air fare, the electricity cost of the dealership and so forth. I found that explanation so out of place.....
