My rim was cracked where it caused the tire to go flat in less than 24 hours. I originally took it to a shop downtown who said they fix rims like this all the time. Paid 80$ to have it welded... 24 hours later it was flat again. So I took it here. After looking it over for a day they said the weld was causing the leak and they would re weld it for $220. I said if they can guarantee it fixed then fine. They did, so I paid them. Waited 2 days and didn't hear anything. Gave them a call back and they said it was ready. Picked it up and 24 hours it was leaking again. Took it back, they tried fixing it again and 2 more days didn't hear anything. So I called, and they said it should be ready by the end of the day. Picked it up, 24 more hours, leaking again. This time they said they had no idea. After an awkward silence I suggested maybe trying a spare tire on the rim to see if it leaked. They said they didn't have a tire that would fit(I have OEM rims). After another awkward silence, I had to be "that guy" and bring up a refund. The guy said he would have his manager call me. Got a message to bring it back in. This time they had the car for a full 2 weeks. All in all I managed to rack up over $200 in uber fees because this is my only vehicle. They finally said it seemed to be holding air with their tire, so I told them to just put my tire back on and I'll pick it up. It wasn't the $220 guaranteed fix but whatever, I needed my car back and I didn't want any conflict. Anyway, I think the experience speaks for itself. EDIT: Also, to add, it still leaks.

Took freshly painted wheels & tires to get mounted; they stated they had a "no touch" machine that causes no scratches, period. I understand that to get the tire on the wheel there has to be contact; but they totally ripped up my wheels. Paid around $150 for a mount & balance to receive my wheels scratched to hell. C-.

I called RPM and wanted to bring my car by for them to work on it. I brought my car down for thanksgiving and experienced a problem while in town. I called and after explaining the issue they didnt want to touch it and suggested I call another shop. Ok thats fine. Well that shop turned out to be a hobby store. -_-. What a bunch of jokers. They could have at least given me a decent lead. Never calling or even suggesting anyone waste their time with these guys.
