Came to Global Jeep with a friend on a Saturday at around 4 PM. Walked around the used car lot first before heading in to the showroom. Plenty of employees around but nobody came to help out. Ok, they may be busy we thought, so went back out and looked at another car and then came back in. Finally someone came over to us after a few minutes, said he'd be right with us. No problem, so we check out a car in the showroom for about 5 mins or so, and the salesperson from before comes back and says he can't help but he'll get somebody else to come over. More waiting, more waiting. Finally we get out of the floor car and as I'm doing so, I make eye contact with an employee in the back desk. I notice there's actually 3 employees there talking to each other, laughing, having a good time. At this point STILL nobody bothers to come over. After waiting a few more minutes, we decided to leave, and ever-consistent, nobody came by even then. I'm not sure if it was because my friend and I are both brown, or whether the employees are just lazy, but clearly Global Jeep doesn't value my time or money, so I'll find a car dealership that does. The funny thing is that a Wrangler is the primary car I'm interested in, and I need a car sooner rather than later, so if the employees actually bothered, they might have made a sale the same day. Actually, my friend is considering a Renegade so 2 potential sales could have been made. Instead, they've now earned this 1 star review.
Terrible experience!! Went there with a buddy of mine who was also interested in purchasing a Grand Cherokee. Salesman tried to rob me of $150 more a month. Made no interest at all to sell me the vehicle.
This is my second purchase at global auto mall, my son last year bought a preowned Kia soul never had any issues and this year just recently purchased a 2016 Jeep renegade. They are extraordinary people to deal with; they make sure that they accommodate you in every way to make this transaction easy. Our sales person Frank had a great personality. Very happy and will recommend and use them again when lease is over.

Let me start by saying, my experience with Global Jeep was in April 2020 during the statewide shut down due to Covid-19 so my interaction was via phone and email. I was looking to purchase a new Jeep Grand Cherokee and submitted my information to be contacted by a Sales Representative. I was contacted by Mary J. Taylor and I informed her that my lease on my Jeep was up in two weeks and I was looking to purchase a new vehicle before end of month. I gave her all the information needed in order for her to provide me with financial details for the vehicle. When she called me back with a price, I thanked her and told her that I received a better price earlier that morning from another dealership and that's when her nasty attitude came out. She said something along the line of oh you're just price shopping and you're not serious about purchasing a vehicle....we're not here for that! I told her that I was serious about purchasing a vehicle and I was obviously going to shop around; something I have every right to do (pandemic or not; because I will be the one still making these payments during and after this!) when I am about to jump into a multi-year, nearly $50k commitment. Ridiculous for her to think people aren't going to shop around. The couple of other dealerships I spoke to had zero issue with me getting prices elsewhere. Because I was serious about purchasing a Grand Cherokee, I bought one from another dealership with a Sales Rep that had a much more pleasant attitude!
