Hello there I spoke to your husband (Joe) in the beginning and let him know that here we do not start a job until a deposit is put down. I (Ashley) expressed that right from the start. Your husband came in on Wednesday March 17th. I let him know I will get him a proof of his design Thursday or Friday. I had to leave my business due to my mother being very ill and in the hospital. I did however get the proof sent over on Thursday late evening. I then got a call from you on Friday requesting a Refund. Which I did not argue or go against. I sent the refund and the receipt was sent to the phone number entered by the Customer (Joe). Then a few minutes later after hanging up and sending the refund, you called back asking for the proof to be sent over. After sending the refund in all fairness I am not going to send a proof that we worked on for you to go else where. Sorry there was a communication error, I did not personally send a text message our system sends it to the phone number that the customer puts in while checking out on the register. Very poor communication ,sent our design and what we wanted to them and over 3 weeks later nothing was done with it until we called and complained as ashley never was there to talk to nor returned phone calls once we let one of the staff know how unhappy we were and that we wanted our signs worked on and even after putting a deposit down still heard nothing and my husband was told that an email receipt and the lay out would be sent over to us that same day and still nothing was received ashley finally returned our call and stated she would send over the design layout within the next half hour never received anything from her still nothing by the next morning so I called and asked for our deposit back she said she would refund us our money which we did receive our refund but very poor customer service and that she didn't understand why we weren't receiving her emails yet she had my exact email address and I've received emails from everyone else except nothing from e and a customs something seems very sketchy to me ashley even said that she sent an text message with the refund request to my husband's phone and we never received anything very terrible customer service and will never try doing business with them again and I will never refer someone to them either .
