Merit Chev charged $300+ to fix 1 (ONE) spark plug wire on a Chev Silverado 1500 with 32k miles ?!?!? Can you say an unreasonably excessive bill. Oh, and it took 2 days! Will be looking for a local independent service station that won't over charge their clients !!
Pete in parts department was rude. On hold for 21.5 minutes. I dont care how busy anyone is, thats horrible service, they never picked up the phone. Buy parts online, and vehicles elsewhere. DO NOT GO HERE.
I was satisfied with your service untill a sensor went out during the replacement of the steering gear which I think it was the fault of your service, at least that's what my thought
