They were short and rude with me on the phone. I've done tons of research, tested several possibly bad connections, for the problem with my truck and gotten several professional opinions. They were fast to basically call me an idiot and say "That's not the problem. I've never heard of that being a problem before. No we can't help you". I can't help but wonder if it would be different if a man had called instead. You possibly need to do some research yourselves and you'll see that this is an extremely common problem with Ford trucks until 2005 models, just some advice to help you further help future customers.

I was traveling in the area when I damaged a wheel on my car. They had the part on their website but they were closed for the weekend. Early Monday morning they informed me that they did not have the part. I explained that I was disappointed because I needed to get home and I could have been looking for other sources. They asked me "how long I have run a business" and hun up on me. Very rude! I gave them a week to respond to my email before posting this review to give them the benefit of it just being a bad morning but nothing...

They were courteous and quick to respond ... especially when 2 others I called before them didn't seem to give a hoot!! The gentleman I spoke to yesterday also went the distance to help me figure out the exact part I needed. The price for the part I got from them was well within my price range!! Will definitely use again should the need arise!!

Terrible service. On their website they list that they have the parts I need so I call to order only to get a call later telling me they can not get the parts. What????
