Do not, I repeat DO NOT, do business with this dealership. Great brand, horrible dealership. Shop does everything they can to mess u over. If you have any issue get it checked b4 12000 miles. Get your alignment checked b4 12000. Dont just assume they will do it like they should. They will wait till its not covered then tell u about it so they can charge u. Shady business practices all around. YUCK

DO NOT service your vehicle here. Like the other reviews stated, they will wait until everything is out of warranty to inform you that it needs to be done. I have taken my vehicle into this dealership on two different occasions, paid for services I was told would fix my car, only to have the problems continue. When I took my vehicle to other servicers they immediately identified the problem and fixed it. The last time I had my 2006 Dodge Charger in the shop for an engine that was cutting-out, they told me that they did not know what the problem was, but they had seen it before in other chargers, and it could be fixed by replacing the spark-plugs and coils. I asked if there was a problem with the fuel tank (my sister had this exact problem) and they said no. I replaced the spark plugs and the problem persisted. I took the vehicle to Don Davis and was told that it was the fuel tank. There was a recall for my fuel tank and the replacement would be free. I wasn't surprised.

The salesperson Alex was great and the managers introduced themselves before we looked at vehicles and told us about their company motto along with their customer for life policies. They made me a 2nd set of keys and have 30 day preowned promise that just gave us all the trust we needed to buy here. We also got a 90 day free XM - Radio Free Trial - Then the follow up we have gotten after the sale with Alex calling and making sure our 90 day XM Radio free trial was working and if we had any questions about our New/Used truck. We were interested in a used vehicle listed on their web page. Was told at 1 PM that the vehicle was on the lot and available for immediate delivery. Had appointment for 2:45 PM. Got there are 2:30. After being placed in a cubical for 45 minutes they came told me that the vehicle was sold at 11 AM. When I asked why I was told at 1 PM that it was there, they could not give me an answer.
