Hi Chris, I'm sorry you don't agree with our policy. We do not install any product(s) not purchased from our store since we cannot properly warranty the installation of your products. Too many car audio and alarm products purchased online are from unauthorized dealers, refurbished, used, stolen, etc. It's really unfortunate that because we chose not to do business with your products you felt the need to "get even" by writing these comments after a phone call. Pretty rude staff. I called to ask about having some work done on my car, and the person I spoke to was very dismissive and flat out told me "we only do work on parts that we've sold you". The policy is fine, but the delivery was horrible. Next time, try to be a little more understanding and less asleep when you're talking to someone on the phone. Edit: After reading some of the previous reviews, it seems that they've had a problem with customer service for a long time, and they aren't interested in improving that aspect of their business at all.
They do great work. Unfortunately the product they sold me doesnt work well in my car. Consequently I purchased a premium product that doesnt work great. They swapped out the unit for a new one and it only works a little bit better than the first one.
Very professional. Takes time to discuss all options and answer as many questions as you have. Not hurried. Clean install, very fast. Completely available after install to answer questions. This company clearly values it's customers.
If the tint is failing so soon it is likely related to the poor condition of your known damaged glass. We showed you the poor condition of the glass (all 3 windows) on your vehicle in April, before we initially tinted the windows. Your glass itself is damaged from the previous owner and the car was crashed and/or body panels were welded and molten metal splattered on your windows. This cannot be scraped or ground off with anything and leaves bumps on the inside of the glass that raises the tint film causing small air pockets around those bumps. This is emphasized by very dark tint. You said to go ahead and tint them anyways instead of replacing the bad windows as we recommended. We re-tinted your driver door within days after your initial installation to show you it wasn't going to get any better unless you replaced the affected windows, not because it was defective, there was dirt/dust or poorly installed. After you left the updated review a month ago I immediately contacted you via yelp messaging and offered to look at it anytime, but so far all I've received is a message on yelp from you 2 days ago saying you'll "keep it between us" if we give you some money back. I haven't seen the car since last April and you've made no attempt to bring it by. It could be defective or it is more likely your bad glass. We would still be happy too check it out anytime. No other customer has had any peeling tint issues with our high quality Made in USA lifetime warranty films and we stand behind our work. It's just your car and your damaged glass...

Tint is starting to come off already... And it hasn't even been a year. HORRIBLE!!! There's an issue with the tint shop if it's suppose to be lifetime... due to it being a issue with their quality of work. As with most of the other reviews on here, I assume they were all written after they got it done. Let this be a quality review from 9 months later. I was very happy with my tint when I got it but now the truth about the tinting comes out. Going elsewhere to get retinted, even if it's free to come back to this place. Not worth it. Sorry folks but this isn't your tint shop. People are nice but this will be the third time under a year I've had to take it in again. 3 strikes your out. I've had issues with the tint not being smoothed out all the way, dust being stuck all in the tint, bubbling, and a horrible job smoothing out the back window where the defrost area is. Free or not... I'm going somewhere else. Too much money and out of my way to have something fixed again, that I'll prolly have to come back to get it redone. Not coming back... We all make mistakes using our money, don't let this be one... Trust me! All you'll be doing is forking out money to get it redone in the near future.
