Terrible Customer Service!! Management is horrible!!! DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE!!! THEY WANT YOUR MONEY AND WANT YOU OUT THE DOOR!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY!!! DELILLO IS 1000X BETTER!! I had been speaking with Vivian on a 2010 truck and came in to take a look. I noticed a few things that needed to be fixed on the truck and we started talking price. After going back and forth with the manager he would not budge and I soon found out he did not like Vivian and had a problem with women working at the dealership. She ultimately passed me off to Charlie and he was able to close the deal. Odd in 2012 people still have an issue with women in the workplace. When I finished the paperwork and came to pick up the car a day or so later nothing had been done on the due bill. I found out later that the service department just cleaned it up and put it on the lot without checking lights, replacing missing knobs, owners manual, headphones,etc. I've also taken the truck back several times because my ipod continues to have an error message after I roll over a speed bump or drive on the 405. The service department said they could not duplicate the problem so they can't do anything. Of course you can't duplicate the problem if you're parked at the dealership listening to music. When I want to listen to music at home I don't go jump in my car. I drive my car while listening to music. I took my truck to Delillo and they diagnosed the problem right away. Also my battery died after having the truck for 10 months. I had it towed to Delillo which was the closest dealership to my house and expected this to be taken care of since I hadn't been driving the car for even 1 year. I spoke to Charlie and he said he would talk to his manager, Fred, and Fred would get back to me in 30 minutes. One hour and $263 later I had not received a call so I drove from Huntington to Bellflower to speak with Fred face to face. He had received the message from Charlie but decided not to call me back for whatever reason and told me there's nothing he can do and it's not under warranty. I explained the numerous issues I had when I purchased the truck that weren't fixed and it seemed like the truck was not adequately checked out prior to putting it for sale on the lot. He said there was nothing he could do however Delillo said when they sell a used car it comes with a 24 month comprehensive warranty. Of course Fred said they were lying!!! Why would they lie about it? No reason at all. I explained that due to all of the issues and lack of customer service I cannot recommend this dealership to any of my friends, family, navy shipmates. Fred stated that he didn't blame me and I got up and walked out in disgust. They want to sell you the car and have no interest in making the customer happy or solving problems. The issues I had/have with my truck could have been prevented with a proper inspection and repair when the car was sold to the dealership.
First time buyer at this location. The staff was friendly, honest and courteous. Special shout out to my salesman Jose. He was very friendly and down to earth. I was recommended by a friend who has done previous business, so word of mouth has it's benefits. My 2013 Camaro SS is simply awesome and got a great deal to boot! It was worth the drive from Riverside county to see how George Chevrolet could earn my business. Anyone planning to buy a car can't go wrong at this dealer.

Worst experience I have ever had with any dealer. Your service dept. is far the worst service I had to deal with. I went to your service 3 times for a same problem just to get it fixed. Here's what happened. I purchase my car there in February. I noticed little scratch on the shift knob so your service dept. was able replaced that. After a while, the side panel next to shift knob was disconnected since it wasn't put back together properly. I went back to your service and Edward Sanchez told me to wait since the part needed to be ordered. He didn't bother to tell me to wait at home so I spend extra 2 hours at waiting area. I went home and waited for 2 week with no call so I called in to check if my part was there. They said my part is there so I went there again and waited more than 2 hours. When my car was done, I realized that nothing has been fixed and they installed completely different part since Edward ordered the wrong part. I complained on the spot but Edward wasnt there so I addressed this issue to Jorge who was my sales person and he was able to sort out the problem with Edward and the parts manager. Then again I had to come back for same thing again. I was finally able to get this fixed on June 14 with little help on service dept. I had to literally give some attitude toward Louis in service dept. so that I could get some attention to this matter. I was fed up with explaining this to so many people in your dealer at this point that I wasnt happy that I had to explain this matter to Louie when he asked me what was wrong. I told him that I dont want to explain this all over again and Edward should have written a note in your system why I went there for. Louis got offended and he didnt even look at me and started talking to my wife instead who went there with me. Luckily, he was willing to listen to what my wife. Talk about an awesome attitude toward your customer. His attitude was like, "This mistake wasn't one of mine why would you get mad at me for?" Isn't Louis one of your representatives? Edward wasn't there so should I wait again for him to follow up on his mess? I wasted too much time tying to fix one stupid thing that I originally had nothing to do with. Ill never buy GM cars again just because your lack of service and experience I had with you. If anyone in your dealer cares, pass along my message to the person in charge of your service dept. I like my car but if you choose to keep your service like that, youll lose your business no matter what. Ive never given bad rating to any dealer but you guys sure deserve less than a star. Good job!!!
