Cancelled my new gold plus warranty and they refuse to send the refund check to the bank that lent me the money. Its been almost 9 months and am currently paying for a service that I no longer have. Theyre either incredibly greedy or unintelligent (to be put in a nicer way).

Ladies beware!!! I URGE EVERY LADY TO MAKE SURE AT SERVICE TO BRING A MAN AND MAKE SURE THEY WRITE DOWN WHAT U CALLED IN FOR!!! I FOUND OUT NOW THE LAST THREE TIMES IVE GONE IN FOR SOMETHING SPECIFIC AND MY DOCUMENTS LEAVING DONT HAVE IT ON THERE AT ALL. THEN KURK TELLS ME YEAH THATS NOT WHAT WE HAD YOU COME IN FOR. Yet, THATS WHAT I SET MY APPOINTMENT FOR. BETWEEN MY ELECTRICAL ISSUES AND THE ONE TIME I INFORMED THEM ABOUT HAVING A LEAK CAN WE CHECK IT(THEY NEVER DID THEN USE MY WARRANTY SERVICE BECAUSE I WAS ALREADY THERE TO ROTATE MY TIRES)
I haven't bought a car from a dealership in close to 15 years, but my experience at Elk Grove Subaru was so much better than I remember. Bruce Cunningham did an excellent job of getting me a great deal on a new Subaru. The overall customer service was great, I got an awesome financing deal and didn't have to sit around all day to close the deal. I'd recommend Elk Grove Subaru to anyone looking to buy a new Subaru.
Just purchased a new car here. My experience was very mixed. I mostly dealt with Chris Kobus, and he was great. Very helpful, low pressure, easy to deal with. I recommend him. The issue was that throughout the purchasing process the sales manager would come into Chris' office and apply very uncomfortable, high-pressure sales tactics. I was very clear going into it that I was not going to purchase anything that day, but he pressed VERY hard. Lots of guilt trips about how much money he's losing on this car. Constant threats that many other people are looking at this car and were going to buy it before me. Eventually I just left because it was so uncomfortable. The next day I got in touch with Chris to see if the offer was still on the table, which it was. When I arrived the sales manager popped back in and tried to reverse the offer, "it was a slow day yesterday so I was willing to take the hit, I don't know about today...." Overall, a very sleazy car dealer. Chris I recommend. The sales manager (I do not have his name) I would strongly advise to avoid.
