I would have left no stars for them but this website makes you choose at least one star. The worst customer service we have ever had. We set up a date and time that they suggested two weeks in advance. Are car set in their parking lot for 3 days without having any work performed to it. This dealership is 35 minutes from our house but we will be driving 1 hour 15 minutes to a different dealership. We picked up our car without having any work done to it. So disappointed in the lack of service and communication from this dealership. You can tell know one cared about our concerns and can only tell us to have a great day and goodbye.

The internet associate did a great job with no pressure. I was interested in a couple of the Land Rover models and he was good to keep me posted about availability. Making the deal was a little more involved. The first day I was out to the dealership trying to work the deal, the sales manager wasnt very flexible. Drove away after about an hour of negotiations. The salesman called me the next day and asked what we needed to do to get the deal done. After a couple of phone calls back and forth we were able to come to an agreement. Went to the dealership and did the deal. There were 2 big disappointments. 1-I have a fico credit score of 833 and the interest rate they got me was over 5%. They dont discuss with you what interest rate they got - even when your signing the paperwork. My fault but you should be forewarned. 2-the salesman did absolutely nothing about showing me the features of the car except for pairing my phone. Ive had to learn on my own. I understand social distancing and all of that, but he could have stood outside the passenger side door and gone over some things. Didnt even offer to set up the free 3 months of Sirius radio. I did that myself. He did great getting me the car but not so great after the sale was finalized. He also said I would get an email in 24 hours telling me how to set up the Land Rover app with my iPhone but that is yet to happen. Just hoping this isnt how they handle everything from here on out.

I have had a BMW and Mercedes that included mantaince for years. When I arrived they showed me what I owed. I explained I had it included in my purchase price. Then they came out and said I needed 90$ windshield wipers. I've had the car 6 months and I need windshield wipers? Then I also needed fuel injections after 6 months?? That was over 200$ I've never been so disappointed.
