Daly City Mitsubishi is a great dealership to purchase a vehicle from. My experience there was fantastic. The purchasing process went smoothly and was surprisingly quick. The customer service is great and the staff are very helpful, thoughtful, and welcoming. I greatly appreciated the help and expertise of the Sales Consultant Aldwin, who assisted me with the entire purchasing process. I also appreciated Ali's humor and welcoming personality. He made my brother and I feel very comfortable. Dealing with Daly City Mitsubishi was as if my brother and I were speaking with friends instead of just another interaction between a car salesman and a customer. I would highly recommend Daly City Mitsubishi to friends, family, and anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
Come to Daly City Mitsubishi try to buy car. Day one meet salesperson lady who try to help me which is fine she give me key for the car then we move forward she haze no information about car she try to sell to us we can except this. Then we fill out form for financing and our live start getting wars. Several times she make mistakes on the paperwork we need to make corrections, she running back in force and talking with group people using Spanish right on front of customer who don't speak Spanish. Then 45 minutes later on the middle of one of hot days I ask her what about my loan she let me know you have wait finance guy still on the phone. Next day getting batter try to call same dealership 3-5 time and I can't find answer for my loan application finally get someone on the phone who let me my application is process and he will get back to me shortly. Day three get even batter I cant hold anyone to get information until approximately 1300 hours, finance guy still on the phone but lucky shot sales lady take the phone and on my question about status of my application let know in very rude unhappy form you have to give us $10.000 down payment and 3 cosigners. On my question when do you have this information she let me know she get this information same day when I fill out application on question why you don't let me know same day she answer I was busy. Move forward I ask her why you don't let me know next day answer was I don't have time. I inform her right know she get unhappy customer who will file complaint and I get professional answer ( I don't care ,I don't give a sheet about and I don't give "F") Lovely dealership who definitely deserve 1Star.If I can put 0 I defiantly will.
