Doug - We are truly sorry for our oversight. I see we wrote an estimate for you in October, and per your phone call today, you stated that we called you a month ago to say we could order your windshield. We clearly failed to do so, a complete oversight on our part. Not realizing this, we reached out to confirm your February appointment. You spoke with us yesterday and confirmed, and then called back this morning about the windshield. Chuck was very apologetic and admitted he must have overlooked it. These times truly are unprecedented, and we are trying our best not to miss anything while servicing our community's historic storm damage. While it shouldn't have been necessary, I wish you would have followed up when you didn't hear back from us on the glass, as we tried very hard to address everyone's safety issues ASAP. I understand your desire to go elsewhere, and do highly recommend you contact Safelite or another glass company directly, as their mobile services can typically come straight to you and bill your insurance company. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE AND "CHUCK" Scheduled my two vehicles for over 7k in repairs with this company. The windshield was badly damaged and Chuck said they would order the replacement right away vs wait two months for the rest of the repairs. Never called back, then when it was time for the repair Chuck called to make sure we were coming because he was ordering a non-returnable windshield. No apologies for not getting it before or why it didn't happen. Just rudely brushed me aside. When I decided to cancel the appointment he then said "its because its an unprecedented time, take it some other place to get it fixed". For a company that advertises such customer care they fall short.
They are great people to work with and are very thorough in everything they do . I have used them several times and they make sure the customer is satisfied with the results. I strongly recommend them and they are the only Company I will ever use.
Adam - We wrote the initial estimate but were unable to safely open the hood. You believed the vehicle was a total and wanted us to force the hood open to see additional damage. We agreed to do so ONLY if you understood the vehicle would then be unsafe to drive and have to stay at our facility. Once the hood was opened and the vehicle did not total, you insisted that we force the hood closed so it could be driven, despite the safety concerns. When we repeated our concerns, you argued and said if we didn't want to close the hood you would "(expletive) come down and do it yourself." We will never apologize for putting safety first.

This place is an absolute joke they tried to keep our car when all we wanted was an estimate. Both the owners daughter and Chuck were very rude to us. All this lady wanted to do is argue about things she even hung up on me when we wanted our car back. when we went to get it she heard me at the front desk an flew around the conner like she wanted to fight me. I would never recommend this body shop!
